i have an existing phone through koodo that stopped working and had to buy a new one today i had no way to call to set it up so i had to do it online. i couldn't see a way to set it up under my existing account so i had to create a whole new one for this new phone. I still have money left on the old account and want to still keep my same number. I called koodo and they said it was switched over but then i tried to call someone and they told me the number is not the same and then the min ran out so i can't even call koodo back to fix it. can you please help me i need these accounts to merge under the old number please!!!!

You'll have to call customer service again. This is a community where customers help out other customers, and as such billing and account related issues can only be resolved by customer service representatives.
