I've been a customer a long time and want to upgrade my phone for as little out of pocket as possible.

Hi, I have been a koodo customer for about three years and never had a problem. I have never made a late payment and have always been a loyal customer. I was wondering if there was anything koodo could help me do with upgrading my current S3 phone to the S4. Maybe like wave the charge fee for the phone because I have heard of other phone companies doing this for customers. I was just wondering because if not I might take my business elsewhere

You can always contact Koodo Customer Care and then ask to be transferred to the Loyalty department and share your experience and story. Koodo may offer you some kind of deal/discount for you!

I don't think they will do anything different and that's totally fair. Just because someone has been with same company for X years shouldn't mean getting a better deal. Others may not have been with them as long but spent twice as much. Keep it the same for all koodo!

Use your tab Nick and trade your phone in too. That's the best way to get a phone for less out of pocket.
