i just upgraded my husbands phone and when i entered the new sim card number i accidentally entered it under my phones number. How do i change it to my husbands phone?

Hi Rose,

Unfortunately as soon as you activate a sim card under a specific number it cannot be activated on another number. So you may need to get a new sim card, speak to customer service first and explain the situation to them and see if they will credit your account and you can purchase another card. Sorry for the inconvenience, but that's what will need to happen.

You can call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone. Their hours of operation are as follows :
Hours of Operation

Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm
