Hello Koodo customers, what functions in Self-Serve are not working most of the time? Thank you for answering :)

Data usage works, but it always inaccurate with my phone's data counter

Phone data counter is usually high as it probably includes MMS where as the Koodo Data usage would not.   Of course you are only charged what is on Koodo counter :)

Phone data counter is 200 MB lower than Koodo Data usage.

I don't make many changes Online, but I can access everything .  Mainly use to access and print my bill and check usage.  I use Firefox on my PC.

No issues with site, but regardless I only do changes at Koodo Kiosk.

Just wanted to know because I see a lot of customers complain about the self-serve tools (change plans, address, etc) and can't log in. At least now I am certain that it is working properly and can tell customers to make changes online. I used to work for another campaign and had to do all of the changes in their accounts. Hopefully in Koodo, customers are more independent and understandable that they can make changes on their own.

Yeah, and if they don't understand how to, we're always here to help them with any issue they have! So feel free to redirect them to the community if they do no understand how to do something!

In all fairness to the customers Venessa, there was a time when it was rough, while Koodo was rebuilding the web sites. Weekends especially.
But at the same time Koodo did keep Customers apprised with, sorry this page under construction, notices :)
