Hello.. I've lost my phone as of yesterday.. I'm pretty sure it was stolen. How do I cancel the plan?

Just call *611 to report your phone lost or stolen.
Ask them to suspend service.

This can also be done via self serve.

Keep in mind you still have to pay for your phone and plan unless you fully cancel your account. In which case you'll get a final Bil shortly after.

Hey Hilda! Just to clarify Chad's comment. You can indeed report your device as lost or stolen and suspend your services through your self-serve account, however, to fully cancel your account, you would need to call us in by dialing 1-866-995-6636. Have a great day!
