Hello, I have an LG G3 phone and am unable to send text messages that contain photos. I've turned the data on and off but it doesn't seem to help. Also I keep getting an error message saying "currently unable to download. Check network connection.". Regardless of this error message I am able to access websites, apps, etc via WI-FI or with my data.

Does the old one look different than what is posted by Mitchell?

Yes actually. The name is different, the ports are not set. As well

You don't need to delete the old one. Just make the new one active.
