Hello, I had a question. I renewed my data plan this month, and had used 300 or so mbs last month of my 1gig of data, I was also told that data rolls over from month to month so I should have had 1.7gigs give or take by the begining of october. However I just now got a text saying I have used 50% of my data this month. This doesnt sound right at all.

I would suggest you check your usage in selfserve to see how much data has been spent. (you said you have used 300MB lastmonth so you could also find out how much you have spent so far)

Brendon, data does not roll over from month to month. No provider does that currently.

From the looks of this conversation, I'm not quite convinced you are on prepaid. Did you buy a phone with Koodo and are paying your tab each month? If yes, then you're not on prepaid but on postpaid and data does not roll over to the next month. 

Also, what plan are you on?

I buy prepaid cards every month and use them to buy boosters and what I need.

Do you have the $55 base plan? The 1GB of data included with that doesn't roll over.
If you separately buy a data booster, 1GB for $30, then that will roll over until the next month.
