I can't get into my account. You sent me a note saying to click on my profile,then roll management. There was no role management anywhere to be found. :/
I want to change one of my settings so that when I call someone they can see who is calling them. Everyone thinks I am a telemarketer! LOL

It may be shut off on your phone and not from Koodo's end, I'm not sure what phone you have but try going into your dialer app and then into the settings within the dialer app and look for a setting to display your # when calling others. Look for anything saying caller ID within those settings and switch it to default or make sure it's not set to block your # from showing on others phones when you call them.
