having problems

I cant get into my self serve...I believe I may have made a typing error when I put in my email address or password...also the package ive chose was suppose to be unlimited local incoming and outgoing and unlimited txt and pic txt...my daughter was trying to send me some pics and im unable to retrieve them...it says download but nothing happens...

Hi Toby,

All Koodo's packages offer international unlimited text and picture messaging. Did you check if your data is enabled to receive it? (It won't actually use data, but it does need to be switched on unfortunately).

As for getting into your self service account, Koodo can easily reset your email and/or password... just call *611 and they will get you in no time :)
