Having trouble with self-serve.

Just tried logging in for the first time as I need to move my phone number over. All i get is:
You're still waiting to be approved

Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved.

Any ideas?

Usually happen s when the email is used for another Koodo account or you never finished self-serve registration. If you cannot find the link in your email including junk folder for the link to finish registration ,you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it reset so you can finish it.
