Hi, I am having problems with the "pay system", i have tried with different browers, credit cards, etc...it does not work. How can I pay the bill?

Hi Teresa - can you elaborate and provide more details as to what steps you're going through and exactly what messages you're getting/what you're experiencing?

We have been seeing some issues with online payments, so trying to see if this is a separate issue from what we know of, or if it's related. If you share more details, that will help us troubleshoot.

In the meantime, you can dial #123 from your Koodo phone and select option 3 to make a payment, similar to how you would online.

Same issue here.  Google Chrome takes all my C-card info, but says the transaction didn't go through and to try again (did it about 5 times).  Firefox lets me fill in all my C-card info, then when I hit next it goes back to the previous screen.

Same here, I called my bank and they say it's the security code that isn't correct.
