having difficulty with the home phone wf721

Just got my home phone in the mail ... followed the quick set up guide to the tee... but all I get are red flashing bars so I went on my self serve and reactivated the sim card but still nothing but red blinking bars...

Hi Christie, did you port an existing landline number from another carrier to your new phone or did you get a new number from Koodo for it? If you ported a number from a different carrier the port can take up to 2 days so that is a possibile issue

The manual suggests a SIM card problem. Is the SIM inserted properly?

yep... I just reactivated it and waited the 16 min now it works...thanks for your help
