haven't been able to use mobile data for nearly 3 days

Have mobile data turned on. Just checked self serve and have not hit a data limit. Otherwise phone is working as normal

Over half the chatter on the French side the last few days is about mobile data not working. We've tried the usual advice: restart, SIM re-set, mobile data settings, checking with mothership to make sure data is not blocked, APN etc but not too much happiness.

If there is a network problem, it sould be helpful for us to know.

@ Joanne, looking at your account things seem all ok. There is data use for the last several days of various amounts.

thanks. I restarted the phone and it seems to be working now but it's interesting that there is data use on my account when I haven't been able to use it...i have tried but it didn't work
