have registered for Self Serve, cannot login

I have registered for Self Serve but when I try to sign brings up a screen asking me to Change Email Address by entering a new one. I want to use my existing email address, but I can't get past that screen.

Call Koodo to have them clear up the issue. When the profile was set up, it was labelled as an account manager which is why youa re in that loop. Koodo agents will be able to take care of that issue and set your Self Serve up with the account owner status

Try searching older posts prior to asking a question, this was just asked yesterday as well with the same answer and I'm sure many times before thanks.
