Have just changed plans to increase data, but after doing it appears that my data has been turned off on your end, please lookm into this.

Have just changed my son's plan and his data has been off since the change. His data was working fine up until the change. Can this be addressed asap.

Restart the phone, pull out the Sim card, put it back in, make sure that data is turned on, restart again. It should work then. Sometimes plan changes can do that.
