Almost sounds like the tax is different, Nancy. Would you share some more details please, did you just move? What plan are you on?

Edit: no the difference is too much to just be tax. Sounds like Jack said it, did you use a minute or two more or perhaps went over your data?

I have the 50 mins. plus 50 texts/ month for $15/month basic - and, adding up the minute use breakdown, find I used less than 20 mins. Data wasn't available but I seldom use this. Tried (unsuccessfully) to send photo from mobile to my computer. .??? Two months running I've been charged over $17 !
Nor have I moved.

Plans don't increase in price unless you specifically change plans.

If you have confirmed there are no "extras" showing on your invoice, then I'd call and ask Customer Service to explain the billing.

It appears to be $0.75 plus HST (assuming you are in Ontario.

The only charge that small is 911 as far as I understand.

Nancy,

What province do you have your billing in?

Asking for the tax rate to calculate. Seems like an odd amount.

If you are in BC, the math works out exactly (Assuming some fee is $0.75).

Plan $15.00
911 fee $0.75
PST/GST 12%
$17.64

My regular bill is $16.80 which must include tax and 911 fee -so, must assume additional cost is for attempted transmission of photos, which I couldn't verify as info. Wasn't available. Sorry - just being ditzy!
