Do you have data enabled in your phone and no data block in your account? Double check add-ons in self-serve.

Data is enabled on my phone and there is no block data on the account.  There is no data meter on my self-serve account. so makes me wonder if I have to get Koodo to so something.

It is post-paid and is a Koodo phone.  Motorola Moto G (3rd generation)
