Does your area have good coverage? How many bars do you get on your phone usually?

Did you get the phone within the last 15 days?

If so send it back to Koodo during this limited return period.

Can you give more details?

What do you mean "doesnt ring"?
Do you mean just no sound? Does the call not come through at all?

Walk us through it in more details

Have you tried changing the ringtone?

Make sure the ringer is not set to silent or vibrate only.

What happens when you play music on speaker? Does it ever cut out?
Are there any other sound issues?

Use wifi and play stuff in YouTube and see what happens.

Try using your head phones and see if the issue still occurs

And if none of those solve your issue, you may want to bring it for warranty service.

Also try googling if others have had similar issues
