The self serve option wasnt working last week so i called the 1-800 number. They updated my plan for me to the new double data and they set it to become active at the beginning of my next bill cycle (yesterday). Since yesterday I havent been able to use my data. I am only able to send IMessages and use my social media when connected to Wifi. Nothing has changed technology wise on my IPhone SE but i did check all my cellular data details, just to confirm that nothing funky happened...  not sure if i have to call them again but any suggestions wold be great.

Close your phone, and re open it to see if it solved the problem

No, you just need a specialized tool to extract it. Most of us use a paperclip.

BATTERY, on the other hand is as you stated.

Since you've restarted a few times, another try at that likely won't change much. You might want to send a PM on Koodo's Facebook page, or DM to their Twitter account to have them check your account.

Do you know how to do a hard reset? Hold the power and home key until the screen blanks then release both.

I have done this a few times, but wasn't aware that was the term for it! Thanks, it turns out I had to reset network settings

I'm surprised no one has suggested a network settings reset. This tends to solve iPhone connectivity issues most of the time.

Settings > general > reset > reset network settings.

Your phone will restart. You'll lose any saved WiFi passwords.

I'm surprised it took this long for someone to suggest this as well. I contacted Koodo via Facebook and eventually this was the suggestion we came up with that successfully worked. I'm not completely knowledgable when it comes to Iphone in general, but this tip is good to know!:)
