The self serve option wasnt working last week so i called the 1-800 number. They updated my plan for me to the new double data and they set it to become active at the beginning of my next bill cycle (yesterday). Since yesterday I havent been able to use my data. I am only able to send IMessages and use my social media when connected to Wifi. Nothing has changed technology wise on my IPhone SE but i did check all my cellular data details, just to confirm that nothing funky happened... not sure if i have to call them again but any suggestions wold be great.
