Great Customer Service!

Just had some fantastic customer service earlier today. I signed up not quite over a month ago for the $45 plan (500 MB and 200 minutes). I saw the new promotion last night so I decided to give them a call and see if they would switch it to the Double promotion! And they did! How's that for awesome service!

They are indeed pretty good. The phone company I was with before would only let new customers benefit from new plan These guys actually sent me a text message to notify me.

How come you didn't change your plan online? I hate to call because there no matter who you deal with there is always such a long wait to get to someone.

Wasn't sure I could have switched it online. I actually only waited for about a minute and a half when I called, must have gotten lucky.
