Great Technical Support with Self Serve Issue!

Was activating my husband's new sim card and there was a glitch in the interface and it inadvertently activated the sim card to my son's line.  As my son was away his phone now no longer worked, and we needed to reactivate my son's old sim card so he could use his phone.  I called Koodo *611 and dealt with technician Kate.  Kate was awesome, professional and competent she reactivated my son's sim so he could use his phone, she also called back in an hour to confirm we had access to my son by phone and that his phone was working.   My husband's new sim had to be deactivated, and was replaced  with no issues by Koodo at one of their kiosks.  "Kudo's" to Kate for going above and beyond.
