Got overcharged for data

I was charged an additional $10 for data usage, but when I looked at my bill I was under what my plan includes. Why was I overcharged?

Have you reviewed your PDF bill downloaded from self-serve? It will have the fine details of your charges.

Yes, under the additional charges it said $10 for data and told me how much I had used during the billing period, but it is under what is included in my plan.

It is much easier if you can take a snapshot of the page3 of the latest bill and post here, so we could see the plan you are on, your data limit... (just delete all personal information on that page)

On the other hand, if you think there is 100% that you are right then just call Koodo or ask them on FB and dispute the charge.

Could the charge be from roaming data?  Are you close to the boarder or did you visit the US?
