Got a text message for a new phone, can I keep my same plan?

I got an upgrade offer. The only question I have is related to the plan.  I'm a bit confused when I add the phone to my cart, it says plans start from $45.  Can I use my current plan or is that plan only for my current phone.  I came over from Public Mobile, so I have the $40 plan.  If all I'm getting is a discount on a phone and have to start with one of the regular plan,then I'd prefer not to lose my plan.

Then when I add the phone, I get this message I added the screen shot.  To me it looks like I need to pay $370 up front and $15 a month (expected), but then add a new plan.

Yeah it looks like you need a minimum $45 plan to qualify for tab medium .
Koodo really should indicate that in the offer

I thought I remembered hearing something that the previous PM members who went to Koodo were able to have the $40 plan but still be able to select tab medium. I could be wrong but an easy way to find out. Click on "add a plan". If your plan is available for you to pick it will be at the top of the list. If you dont see it then I guess you would have to pick a new plan.

For info, anytime you order a phone you have to select "add a plan". You then select your current plan(if it qualifies for that tab) or something else that the tab qualifies for.
