Hi Teo,

Do you have a Koodo plan? Did you insert your Koodo SIM card in the phone? Where did you get the phone from?

Sorry I mean is this Dual sim active or dual sim standby?

If standby, make sure you have the correct slot turned on

Thanks Dennis, I made sure it was on and not stand by but was still same. I used my koodo sim and my friends Telus sim. It kinda shows signal bars but says NO sim, No service

If the telus sim also does not work, then either there is something wrong with the sim card slot of the phone does not have the right frequencies for Koodo's network

Checked USIM and it stands for Universal SIM

I have looked at this thread and wondered, do you know if it is unlocked? do you know if that phone is compatible with our network?

Sorry, these are the first 2 questions I would ask since you know that there is no problem with you SIM card (since it works on another phone)

The radio frequencies that Koodo operates on are: HSPA 850/1900 MHz and the LTE network uses 1700/2100 MHz. Your phone is not compatible with Koodo's network.
