log in to self serve and click on mobile services then transaction history. Does it show any changes in there?

Astra, you need to register self serve access in order to check your bill, account changes etc. All you need is your account number and name on the account.

You  received an SMS yesterday to tell you you used up all your data for the month and you data is paused/blocked. You replied and purchased additional data:


You received an email to confirm this. Hope this helps.

A reminder for self serve registration during shock free messages would be nice too

Only a very small group of customer don’t have self serve. Reminding everyone is a pain for customers . Reminding only the one that don’t have self serve is not that easy. OP has been with us for well over a year.
