That phone should have come with the Market or Android Market. Does that not show on your list of apps on the phone?

Market (Android Market) and Google Play are basically the same thing

All you can just do a Google search for the newest version of the Android PlayStore Apk file and install it on your phone. You can usually find one on Android enthusiasts sites. Keep in mind you will have to go into the phones settings - security and check off "unknown sources" to install any Apk file that doesn't come from the PlayStore. Chances are you have the Android Market though like Tyler said which is the same thing and updating it to the PlayStore isn't going to make a difference in the games that are supported for your phone anyways because it's an older lower end phone, but you could give it a try.

Not just similar ... they're the same.

When you update the Android Market App it will switch & become the Google Play Store with a new icon so if you had previously put a shortcut on any Homescreen it will be gone & you'll need to add a new one for the Google Play Store.
