My husband bought a google pixel 2 a little more than a month ago and there’s an issue with the mic. No one can hardly hear him. Koodo is basically telling him there’s nothing that they can do about it and he’s on his own. This is ridiculous.
Wait guys. Doesnt Koodo help process warranty repairs for Koodo purchased phones? Unless Tricia is saying that the phone was not bought through Google? I reread multiple times and I dont see that mentioned, so I think Koodo should be able to help you Tricia
