I have two phones on my account. The phone with the higher tab is defective but out of warranty. This has happened with 3 phones and each time we end up upgrading the phone. In September 2012 you were kind enough to move the remainder of the tab to my other phone. I would appreciate very much if you would do that goodwill again. Adding the 104 to my 36.50, thereby allowing me to upgrade my daughter's phone.

Or you could just upgrade the $36 Tab line and then give the phone to your daughter?
