text from Koodo to switch to monthly with prome code GOMONTHLY an when I sign into my account account says I have to get permission from other email I do not have another's email

You will need to contact Koodo directly to cancel the existing email, and get set up properly. You can send a PM to their Facebook page, a DM to their Twitter account, or call *611 from your phone. Facebook or Twitter usually consume the least time on your part.
