Give the customers credit based on each year!

Any one year membership can make a point forever. For any plans in Koodo, these credits will be counted and make differences. Up to some points (like 10 years membership) that the customer would be VIP and after two times (for example 20 years) s/he will be LOYAL member with some specific discounts and opportunities. It will save them and makes many LOYAL for Koodo! VIP, VALUE, LOYAL, ...
