Hi all, What kind/size of prepaid SIM card does my Huawei Ascend Y210 smartphone need to work on the Koodo network? I need to know this because my town doesn't have anyone that can help and a few Koodo stores ask me to bring it in to look at when I can not manage this for a while. Help please!

The Huawei Ascend 210 requires a "standard" size SIM card.

When you bring it in to a koodo store they will be able to sell you a prepaid sim that is the right size, as well as registering it with the phone.

Useless information - sizes from largest to smallest

Standard SIM, microsim, and nanosim

At this time, we only have nanosim's with iphones, but most (not all) of the newer phones, are going with microsim's - after all, smaller is better right?

Not true Dave there are indeed some Android devices that use a Nano SIM such as the HTC ONE M8, Moto X 2013, Moto X 2014 and others.

My Nokia Lumia 830 uses a nano-SIM as well.

Also, the one you call "standard" is a mini-SIM (2FF). A full-size SIM (1FF) is the size of a credit card.
