Give me my 10g at $60 plan. I earned it.

I waited on hold for 30 minutes to ask about getting the 10 Gig data plan for $60. I've been a Koodo customer for nearly 10 years. They put me thru and told me it would be up to 2 hours. I said OK. They put me thru, I waited over 2 hours on hold, then the automated voice gave me a cue and hung up on me. This is seriously garbage. If you can;t deal with the incoming calls don't people on hold. what a waste of time. Going to Telus to pick up the same deal if I don't receive this plan today.

Unfortunately there's nothing we here can do for you. Your a customer already and the only way you MAY be able to get the plan is by calling in and waiting again like everyone else who is trying to get it.

I just had the same experience. It's truly garbage that new (to Koodo) customers can walk into any Koodo authorized seller and get signed up for this deal in a few minutes while loyal existing customers have to jump through hoops and waste their entire weekend to try to get the same deal. Yes, I realize there is nothing the community can do and I'm mostly just venting, but any Koodo employees on here might want to give some feedback to the higher ups about how you treat your existing customers. I'm done... no more loyalty to any cell provider, my time is more valuable.

I posted a similar question a few hours ago Brett. I was about to give cust serv a call tomorrow - sunday - but judging by your experience I think I will just go straight to Telus and forget about waisting my time on hold. I was trying to be loyal to koodo but I guess it doesn't matter anymore these days. :(

I definitely understand how everyone waiting on the line feels... But why is everybody blaiming the company? There are always 2 sides in this story... Have you wonder how hard employees are working while you are waiting on the line? Have you asked yourself how many hours of overtime they take to answer your call? It is easy to judge... After this promotion came, lines are busy for every single provider... What happened with this promotion is out of the ordinary and honeslty it is the first time i see lines jammed like these days...

For existing clients, how many times your TABs were adjusted to upgrade? How many times Koodo helped you with bill credits, what about the promotions you get when first opened services, what about special features given in your account? Etc...

Look all angles before jumping into conclusions, be patient like every other client that has called and did not complaint after a few hours on the line, and still they smiled after getting a solutuon... There are so many things we can't control in life, but for sure, there is always a solution to everything in life!

Nothings stopping you from walking to another carrier’s store is it? Koodo’s probably expecting its customers to.

I'm in BC and I don't see such a plan listed on the site. Does this 10G plan include voice or are you guys referring to the $115 plan's price for data?

So it's no longer available? DAMN that sucks because I'm currently pay as you go and I was waiting for such a deal to go on a plan.

It is still available, I think 18Dec or 19 is the last day for the promo as with other carriers. You have to do it in store, any Koodo-affliated store would work.

I kinda feel cheated because I asked if such a deal was coming from the rep at the mall kiosk and I signed up for all email promotions and I didn't receive one informing me of the deal. I shouldn't be surprised though as the rep couldn't even get my data working and was oblivious as to what APN settings are.

This isn't an official promo from Koodo (as in Koodo did no initiate it), its more of one of the providers started it (Rogers i think), then everyone else followed.

the same experience, called today and wait 1 hours to speak to an agent, she said it needs to be done by the back support team, waiting time is 2 hours, I wait another 1hour 50 mins, my phone was disconnected by Koodo....I am gonna to switch carrier, Very upset.

Does this offer end at 12AM Dec 18 on Sunday night or does it end at 12AM Dec 19 Monday night?
