Today, I had a very frustrating experience with the customer service. I put my phone on a Seasonal Hold and am trying to disable it. After thirty minutes on hold, I had a very helpful associate remove the hold but she needed to refer to me customer retention to add a promo plan to my account. She warned me that the wait would be two hours on hold (crazy!) and I accepted and was put on hold. Then, after about two hours, the hold music stopped and a beeping started and my call was dropped. I'm now on hold again but probably in the wrong queue. Can this be rectified, please? This is seriously wrecking my day and if I have to wait on hold for another two hours, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
