Hi there. I am looking in getting the 30$ plan with a new phone on tab. Offer is avaliable from wow mobile with some incentives which are better than the koodo kiosk.  Issue is that they don't know if they could add in extra minutes + extra data ( $2 each ) to the plan where Koodo can. My question is , can I add it after i'm set up with Wow over the self help website or do i need to call in and pay $10?

Thanks.

Where are you seeing you could add exta minutes or data for $ each on the Koodo website?

Are you mixing up prepaid and post paid?

Its for a $30 post paid plan. 100 min /100mb. Koodo offers bump to 350 min and 350 mb for $2 a piece.

How was it offered?  Do you have a photo of the offer?

verbally. I know of a few people who are on that offer and hence I asked for it.

I think we're too focused on the offer. I want to make sure I am in the clear if I get the plan from Wow and call koodo to get it "upgraded".

Based on what you said, because it is not on website, you will not be able to add this to your line via self serve.  It may be a special promo at the Koodo kiosk

"Verbally" isn't explicit enough for us to answer your question.

These add-ons are only offered at the point of activation or upgrade. They can be found in packages (for the 250 minutes $2 add-on) and data (for the 250MB $2 add-on). Unfortunately, self-serve doesn't have those add-ons built into it. Cheers!
