Getting Frustrated

I ordered a phone a week ago tomorrow...no email except for the first one sent...no Confirmation number...this is extremely frustrating because I could have went down to the Koodo Kiosk...can I get any help as to what’s the issue?

Have you checked your Spam/Junk folder and seen anything there?
You could call/email their webstore https://www.koodomobile.com/webstore-policies and see if there was an update on your order.
I would also put your order number here, a Koodo rep might pass by and check it for you.

Your phone hasn't been shipped yet. You will receive an email from Koodo when it has.
Which phone did you order? Sometimes certain models have delays on them before they're shipped.

Iphone 6 should be fine.
You can send a private message to koodo via Facebook or Twitter saying that you have not received any response from the web store regarding your order number and you are looking for a status
