Getting error message changing password on old account/email after a new activation and number.

Prepaid service and new Motorola smartphone which is working,  but I cannot access account usage details.

hi Ian,
One prepaid account (one email) will only accept 1 number. Was the old account active? What email the new number is using? and can you use the new number as of now?

Hi Dinh,

Thanks for the reply.  I gave my original email address at the kiosk for an old disconnected prepaid phone account.  My new phone works fine.  But I think I may have to contact tech support to get a new account created in the system.

So the kiosk activated for you? they might have reset it. Have you tried to reset the password with the "original email"? It might help.


If you can not reset, then you might have to contact Koodo for help. I would suggest you use facebook messaging (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) to avoid the wait on phone.

Yeah, I tried to reset the password online for my original account/email and this is the system error I am getting from the webpage:

"ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled"

Yeah, I think so as well, I'll contact Kuudo.  And thanks for the messaging tip!
