Getting charged Long Distance

I have the 5GB Unlimited talk and text plan. However on every one of my e-bills I see a $1.00 long distance charge. I rarely ever call, and when I do it is local. Under my plan details it says "Unltd Local Family Calling", I did a quick search and local is Canada wide, whilst long distance charges apply to calls outside the country. Can anyone explain or clarify as to why I am getting charged for long distance every bill? Thanks in advance.

Well local is not Canada wide unless you have a Canada Wide plan. Is your plan named Canada Wide?

@ Safi Page 5 on your latest invoice, line 65 shows the call you made and the charge. Hope that explains thing.
Just a heads up, you are on a regional plan that given your residence you are not eligible for. Please change to a plan in your province before the next billing cycle to avoid complications.
