I paid my bill last month on time (though it was 1 day to go) and I do understand that it takes a few days to process however my bill for this month includes the "non payment" from month before. How can I get an updated bill (or just an amount of exactly what I owe). I have tried phoning for information but it keeps asking for a 4-6 numerical digit pin number. Don't remember entering/getting one when I signed up. Help!
