getting ahold of koodo customer service

how u get threw to the customer service other than waiting on there 1-866 number or #611 every call is 45 to 1 hr wait on hold is the worst company for customer service iv ever seen and needs fixed or all 19 phones for my company will change to better provider in 2 more months iv been on hold waiting to talk to someone 1hr 16min now

There is no mystical way to jump the line. If you like you can send them a message using facebook messenger but you'll probanly be waiting even longer for an answer. You just won't have to wait on the phone.

Longer is right, how about 10 days for a reply to a Facebook message. It is interesting that they ( Koodo) can post to twitter but cannot answer private messages.

@ Paul, I see you FB inquiry re upgrades. The answer is 'yes', for your line,  to the offer you described. The other line still has a tab so that would have to be paid off first if you both wanted to take advantage of the offer.

Thanks for your patience! Indeed we are backed up several days due to the unexpected Christmas rush we had. This is a Community of customers where people often get help from, however it's meant for the people with only occasional moderating here and there. Pls accept my apologies for the delayed response!

I have  tried many times to call, keeps saying I have to contact their stupid chatbot, ALL I WANT IS MY QUESTION ANSWERED!
if I could google it  would, if I could find it in the forums I would..  but i need to talk to a human and now its IMPOSSIBLE. its sooooo frustrating and wastes loads and loads of my time.
 Ive been with koodo for years but this new strategy you have adopted of avoiding talking to customers is absolutely ridiculous. If I am going to waste my time calling customer service its because its my LAST option but now I can never get through.. you need to change things so we can talk to REAL people again.  This is more like "customer avoidance" than customer service.

Besides calling them you could also try contacting them through Facebook /Twitter. Response times may be long but try all the options you can to get ahold of them.

You also could ask your question here and someone might have an answer for you.

@Joel what exactly is your question? People seem to love our new digital assistant. It is capable to answer a ton of questions, even specific to your account. Not all questions of course. But you do need to ask it a question. :-) It doesn't seem you did. However, you can always schedule a call with a rep (no transfers though) at whatever time is convenient for you. As you did. This way you will never have to wait on hold and waste time. You did get me curious though, so as other customers have suggested here ask your question (Easy Roam?) here.

So what do you call it when you complain that you can't get an answer to your question, three people, including a Koodo employee offer to give you one, and you can't be bothered to tell them what the question is is?
