Getting "Access Denied" message when I click on phones in the Shop tab!

Getting an "Access Denied" message when I click on phones in the Shop tab.

Am looking to have a phone repaired, or buy a new one (Moto G and Samsung Galaxy Ace have cracked screens, glass in the fingers, ouch). 

I'm in a remote region in the NWT, so not sure of my options. HELP please!

Hey Holly,

If you are logged with a profile of an account manager, you will not be able to purchase a new phone on a Tab. You may ask the account owner to login with the account owner profile and it should work :)
