I'm not sure of details here, but is this an Idea/Question? or even what phone you have.

Simply put, if this is for an Android phone, download a free app like Zedge to get new ringtones. for BlackBerry/iOS, I'm not as certain what they have to offer.

Search the crackberry website there's a bunch of greatgreat free ring tones on there to download. I've downloaded a bunch for my Android devices from there then just place them in your ring tone or notification section of your storage with a file manager app like PowerGrasp which can be downloaded from the PlayStore.
