I am so pissed off with Koodo right now I am ready to cancel all of our company Phones with you. I have bought 4 Otter Box phone cases from you in the last 30 days and all have broken. The last one in 24 hours. At 70.00 a piece I am expected to keep purchasing this crap and just suck it up. I along with my Companies, have 8 phones with you and this crap is enough to make us go to another carrier. If I am paying that amount of money for a product you people suggest then I best be getting the product I am paying for.
I request a quick resolution to this issue and if not I will take my business elsewhere with the recomondation that others do likewise.

Otter Box is the Manufacturer of the Case and as such each case has a warranty. Have you tried contacting Otterbox?

Some of your accessories may also be covered by in store policies. Have you contacted the Store / Kiosk where you purchased them?

In my personal experience Otterbox cases have been great for me. But if you are having problems with them Id probably suggest looking at a different brand of case, I know Incipio makes some nice cases, as well as companies like Seidio who even makes some waterproof ones if you don't have an iPhone.

But as previously mentioned Otterbox doesn't make cases specifically for Koodo, They just get recommended as they are traditionally a very good option for a case. But I would recommend doing as Chad said and contact Otterbox for a warranty replacement or to see what they can do.

Okay your not happy with the case, but are you happy with your network service though?

The case is out of our control, we cant change the design, the material, etc. But we can change soemthing on your service. So you should totally complain to Otterbox and not here.

Otterbox has a hassle free warranty policy, it's really quite simple. Fill out the form and upload pictures of the defective product. Last month, I received a brand new Defender series case for my HTC Raider, thought I was only going to get just the part that was broken, but they sent the entire case!

Took three business days to ship the case from the U.S. and the case arrived on time. I was able to track the progress of the shipment. Excellent company to deal with in my opinion.
