Get my Data service working again, please :)

My data service is not working at all. When I call 611, I have no option for tech support for data services. Why? How can I get this working?

Try removing the battery and sim for a few mins and try again.

Also check your APN settings:

Powered off
Pulled battery and SIM card
Held power button for 10sec to completely discharge power.
Waited about 1min
Reinserted SIM and battery
Powered on again.
All working now.
