I have trouble opening pictures texted to me. Sometimes they open right away and sometimes if i hold the DOWNLOAD for a few seconds they will open. I have the samsong galaxy s II . Any ideas

Hey John!

You should try a battery pull out. It can fix a lot of things :)

Always make sure that your data is turned on in order to send/receive picture messages (mms).

I have pulled the battey out a few times. Last night i tried again and as soon as i hit the DOWNLOAD the picture appeared, seems to like it gets stuck in the network???

This has not been answered. I think there is a software problem with this phone since new

If it's only a few seconds like you stated above, there isn't really an issue. Tech support can refresh the internet profile on their side and have you take the battery and sim card out for a minute. Once everything is back in, send or have someone sned you a picture message. Honestly, if a text or picture messages takes a few seconds, there isn't a problem regardless how the message is received.
