Galaxy Ace 2 How do you turn off the voice announcement for message arrival? Even the guys at the booths can't figure it out.

If the phone is announcing that a message has been received, it means that driving mode has been turned on. Drag down the status bar at the top of the screen and swipe the green icons at the top to the left until you find one for driving mode. Tap to turn it off. You can also find this option under settings->language and input->text to speech.
