My son has a Galaxy Ace2X. I bought 16GB SD card for him but it didn't work at all.
Now he got a 8GB SD card from his friend and it is working fine. Is there any reason? or do I have a defective phone?

I'm not tec person,,,I have no idea. He just tried to figure it out and he couldn't.
I wasn't sure if it is a phone or card problem.
There is no other issue with it ,just SD card.

Seems odd but I would return the old card and get another one. See if it works. If not then it might be time to arrange for warranty service if the phone is under a year from its purchase date.

He switched SD card with his friend so he doesn't have an original 16GB card.
I got this phone about 5 month ago. I will check it out.
Thanks
