galaxy s5 neot - emails are not syncing as of this morning... and calendar events have been wiped out for february

As I don't have the phone myself, best I can do is suggest steps found via websearch.

I have seen these instructions.... they do not help.  It is as all my settings in email have been erased

Simple mistake. Make sure you check their hour of availability comapared to your time zone. Alternatively you can message them on Facebook (https://m.me/Koodo) or through Twitter dm

RE: Allan's comment - nifty trick: when calling early morning, when prompted for your phone number, press # or input a random 709-722 number. When calling late evening, when prompted input a random 604 number. This will trick the time zone detection based on area code and get you through to customer service as long as a call centre is open!

thank you.... I have managed to get through ... they have suggested I delete my account on the phone and then re enter it... which I have done... and still not working... have to try tomorrow as I am exhausted with this nonsense... I have never had any issues ever with this sort of thing... my email accounts work on my ipod, my tablet.... everywhere except my phone....

You may need to re-install the credentials to your mail and calendar account. This usually requires deleting the instance, and recreating it.  Are you using gmail and Google calendars or another option?

no the apps are there but I cannot access gmail - it wants me to reopen an account... the calendar app is there but only has deleted certain February details... mostly for this week... which is so weird

Then you should try to enter your account information into the app and see what happens.

This, however is sounding more and more like a Google issue, rather than a phone issue.
