I have had my galaxy s3 just over a year now and go figure things start to break. I have had problems with charging from the beginning. Took to koodo kiosk got battery replaced still wasnt working went back got new charger worked great for months. Now 3 or 4 chargers later i cant get it to chage unless i jimmy rig it. Could the the port be broken? Is that expensive to get fixed? Would it be worth vvan it to buy a charger that u put the battery into to charge. Im not sure what to do. I love this phone but am so annoyed

It sounds like the charging port is defective. Repairing the port could cost more than getting a new phone. You can send the phone in for an estimate through Koodo and decide if you want to go ahead with the repair. Another option, you could try finding a mobile shop that specializes in these sorts of repairs, you might even save yourself a little money going that route.
