It's stuck in a boot loop try removing the battery and SIM Card for a minute or so then replace them and try it again.

I do not know if you already have all the info backed up on your computer... If you do, you may try to do a factory reset to see what the response is... If you have not saved the info, make sure you do since you will lose everything...

Since you can't get into your phone, (stuck on Koodo boot image) it will be next to impossible to perform any sort of back up.

Using the method below, you will lose everything, however this will correct the S2 boot loop issue and restore the device to normal operation.

1. Power off device.

2. Remove battery for about 15 seconds, re-install battery.

3. Press and hold the Volume up/down buttons together, then press and hold the Power button until you feel a short vibration.

4. Let go of the Power button, but keep holding the volume up/down buttons until the Android Recovery Utility menu appears - be patient, it'll take a few seconds.

5. Scroll through the menu using the Volume up/down keys and use the Power button as an "Enter" or selection key.

6. Scroll down to wipe data/factory reset and press the Power button to select.

7. The phone will reset to factory default settings and reboot itself.

Once you have restored your device to your liking, it's a good idea to go back into the Android Recovery Utility menu. Only this time, you'll want to select Backup/Restore and choose Backup. This will allow you to save everything to the SD card in your device. This will save you time and frustration from having to set up your device all over again should this issue ever repeat itself.
