I was given a temporary password but when i type it in it won't accept it PLEASE BE ADVISED I AM 71 YEARS OLD AND NOT COMPUTER LITERATE IF YOU MAKE IT TO FRUSTRATING I WILL CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND GO BACK TO A LAND LINE

Well David, you are doing quite well so far since you made it to this site. This is a customer forum. Most of us are customers just like you. I don't work for Koodo.

If you are saying you are not computer literate (and I think you are under estimating your skils) than you shouldn't have Koodo or anyone else. Most companies do require some kind of online registration an managing your account.

Now, what is this password you are talking about? Where did you get and what is it for?

Sometimes it comes down to a simple error of a mis-typed character, check to make sure you've entered the temporary password correctly.

Most passwords are case sensitive.
