Well David, you are doing quite well so far since you made it to this site. This is a customer forum. Most of us are customers just like you. I don't work for Koodo.
If you are saying you are not computer literate (and I think you are under estimating your skils) than you shouldn't have Koodo or anyone else. Most companies do require some kind of online registration an managing your account.
Now, what is this password you are talking about? Where did you get and what is it for?
